I can't wait for my Calyopi shirt! How long does it take to receive my order?

Don't worry, you will get it soon! Shipments within the US usually take 3 to 5 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the appropriate tracking information.

I placed an order but have not received a confirmation email, help!

There is a possibility that the email may have ended up in the spam folder. If you have already checked your spam folder and cannot find the confirmation email, contact us as soon as possible at info@calyopi.com. Please include your name, email address, and order number.

My package tracking information says 'delivered' but I have not received it. What can I do?

Check that your confirmation email shows the correct address. You may also want to ask other household members to see if any of them may have received your package.

If you live in an apartment complex, I strongly recommend you ask the receptionist or concierge about the package.

If none of this works, call your local post office with the tracking number and ask them if they can help you.

Can I return a shirt if it doesn't fit me?

My goal is for you to have a shirt that represents you and for it to become part of all your stories.

So please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the shirt is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong shirt. I will personally evaluate your case.

I just received my shirt and I'm already your fan! Do you take custom orders by any chance?

Right now, I'm focused on creating the next collection. Maybe in the future...? It's something I've been considering. Follow my social networks and be the first to know!

I want my shirt to last a lifetime. What is the best way to take care of it?

Machine wash it cold with similar colors and use a mild detergent to preserve the design. Oh, and dry the shirt horizontally to avoid shrinkage.

My card was declined. Any idea why?

The most common reason is that the information entered is incorrect. Check that all information submitted matches that on your card, including the billing address your bank has on record. If the problem persists, contact your bank or credit card provider.

Do you make price adjustments? I bought a shirt and now it's on sale.

Sorry, we cannot refund the price change. We do not apply future sales/promotions to previous orders. Don't be discouraged, though. You can get a different t-shirt on sale and expand your Calyopi experience!
